Emerald Beach 2007

The Emerald Seniors Village proposal is an environmentally sustainable seniors living community which will support the well-being of present and future residents, encourage social interaction, and create a positive and welcome addition to Emerald Beach.

Emerald Seniors Village will consist of a variety of contemporary, lightweight, affordable two and three bedroom dwellings surrounding a Community Centre, indoor Swimming pool and landscaped public spaces.
