Grafton 2011

The North Street project is a two storey multi-residential NSW Housing development concept design consisting of 18 one & two-bedroom units, all of which suit disabled occupancy. With a focus on comfortable functional living space design, the proposed development achieves an optimum balance between site yield, a cost effectiveness build, and provision of functional comfortable north oriented living areas and private outdoor space. On-site car-parking is consolidated to allow for a network of landscaped open space and pathways that permeate the site providing pedestrian friendly access to individual units.
