Moonee Beach Road Seniors Living Village is a seniors housing development designed for older people and those with disabilities, consisting of 36 single and double storey dwellings, on-site car parking, utilities areas, and internal landscaped communal areas.

The proposal includes dwelling types of varying size and style, offering selection depending on need, budget and personal taste.

Designed to offer practical and flexible accommodation to meet the changing needs of residents of different ages and disabilities over time, all ground floor units are ‘adaptable’, meeting performance requirements of AS 4299 and AS1428.1.
