Fisher Design + Architecture are an award-winning Bellingen based practice specialising in architecture, placemaking and interpretive design. We design spaces for people to live and engage with each other, and the physical place around them – living environments which contribute to people’s health, happiness, and well-being. We collaborate with clients, consultants, and the community for large and small projects, from Byron Bay, to Coffs Harbour, Port Macquarie and Great Lakes.

We provide innovative design solutions which respond to our clients brief and budget, the site and context, for renovations and new homes, housing projects, commercial and public buildings.

We create urban design that connects people and places, movement and urban form, nature and the built fabric – placemaking which reflects community spirit and values, for rest, play and social exchange.

Our interpretive design connects people with culture, history and the natural environment through storytelling – to enrich visitor experiences, encourage awareness and foster pride in our communities.
